The more we practice and relax and the more we learn, the more we can connect with nature and the people around us.
Â
During our practice of 28 Constellation Gong, we can connect in many ways with nature and the world around us. There’s the connection with constellations for each of the 7 steps, a connection with each direction, and we can even connect with our ancestors who created the form and practiced it through the generations. Over time, each bit of work put into the form leaves some of the energy of the creator of the form or practitioner, that we might not be able to see, but that we can still connect to if we think about it.
Â
If we think of someone we know, or think of someone a lot then they might then do something. Or after a nice holiday, we might connect with that feeling for a long time afterwards. The mind is very powerful and thinks fast so when we think about the past or future, this can help us. So if we imagine ourselves in the future having really good Qi, this is good and can help us to achieve that.
Â
So through practice, if we’re relaxed and calm, we can connect and develop our Qi, feel any blockages in the body, feel a good Qi flow, make good decisions and know more about what will happen in the future.
After the seminar we polished the form, incorporating the jump. We then connect with 9th direction – the centre.
