Sifu started the seminar with a lecture on the Southern Red Phioenix and how the constellations can relate to the functioning of society. Very Interesting. After the lecture we went into the form, with Sifu providing greater detials and clarrifying some of the more challenging parts. I was grateful for some clarrification for the proper direction toward the end of the seminar. The new “fluttering” part is also nice and soothing. I’m looking forward to learning the rest of the form!

Thank you for class Sifu, the bigger picture is getting clearer each week with this form. It is so rich and full of different ideas and details. Really good workout too! Carly
I really enjoyed the lecture on the red phoenix of the south and how it relates to living and society.
Nice to get a bit of fluttering in at the end of the form – lovely feeling shaking those feathers!
Thank you, Sigong.

Thank you Sigong- I loved the lecture on the Red Phoenix depicting the basic and beautiful ways of setting up and maintaining a vibrant and peaceful community. Lee M
It was a very enjoyable 28 Constellation Gong seminar today – even more enjoyable to have the space outdoors so we could avoid ‘the living room shuffle’. I liked the fluttering in the new section – a bit reminiscent of the end of Iron Lung Gong. I’m looking forward to next time. Thank you Sigong. Peter Hogg
That last section really cleared up all the questions I had about which leg, which direction and which way to turn — thanks Sigong for keeping us all facing the front! Lee B
I enjoyed the lecture and the explanation of the stars and their connections. The form is now clearer and now the ending is also clearer. It’s really great when we go through it enough times and all the details are clear. This way it is much easier to remember. Thank you Sifu!

It was good to complete the understanding of the full 28 Constellations. Lots to remember and exercise the memory, but the stories behind it all help. The counts in the form are tricky, need to pay attention on what foot to start and how to connect the movements correctly, can’t let the mind wander too much! Lots of nice feeling movements in the form. Many thanks Sigong. Christine.
