9 Colour Qi Ball Part 14

he polishing was very useful especially with the hand movements which are moving in opposite directions from different movements.

The 9 Colour Qi Ball Part 14 seminar started with a detailed talk on the origins and types of Qigong which dated back 4,000 years. Sifu explained that Qigong originated in five different areas: Daoism, Buddhism, Confusions philosophy, Medicine and Martial arts. Every region developed in a unique way and produced amazing Qigong systems. Dyan Qigong that we practice, is rooted in Daoism with the philosophy of nature, acupuncture system and five elements at its core. Simple and Natural as Sifu puts it.
The seminar started with polishing the movements. The movements get more complex and intricate as we go through the form. The last move that we did in the last seminar is very complicated and most of us are still working on it. The polishing was very useful especially with the hand movements which are moving in opposite directions from different movements. Sifu explained and simplified the movements so that we could follow. This is an exciting and complex form with the feel of different energies in different movements. Sifu explains that in order to produce more Qi and develop the Qi of the organs, the internal and external movements need to be integrated.
I really enjoyed this seminar and look forward to the next one. Thank you, Sifu, for an excellent and exciting seminar that was detailed in both theory and practice.

Thank you for a nice seminar Sigong. Plenty of hands rotations that create so much circulation. Still trying to crack the crossover steps rotation but last move with jumping is feeling great. Michalis A.

Even though I am unwell today coughing and sneezing I still enjoyed 9 colour Qi ball seminar and all the nice energy it creates when you practice the form thank you Sifu and everyone for another great seminar ! Jonny

A very enjoyable seminar this morning Sifu. The lecture clarified a question that crossed my mind many times and forgot to ask. The form is beautiful and challenging. Thank you, Peadar

What a great start to the day. I am now truly awake. The lecture was again high level on the 5 levels of Qigong their actions and their interactions in our daily lives and training. It was good that it was unlocking or smoothing out entanglements internally. Thank you, Sigong, for unblocking the pathways to continually learn and practice. I look forward to the next session earl

My head is tingling and I feel warm but in a nice way so I must be getting something right!
Loved the story – reminds me of me sooo much – I often find myself with my fingers in my ears! Thank you Sigong. Sue

A great night. The lecture and story simple yet so very powerful and then the great feeling of doing the 9 Colour Qi Ball moves. I love the challenge. So many skills to improve our health. Thank you also for reminding us of the video to help us get the stepping correct. -Jennifer

Feeling great after these 2 hours of qigong. Lecture on the 5 categories of qigong was clarifying. I love the new movement – it is so energetic and physical yet still has the flow and relaxation we want in qigong.
Thank you Sigong.

It is very nice to go through again and see all the details now that the movements are easier and more clear. Really enjoying Nine Colour Qi Ball and the good feeling for the body and Sky Eye that it brings. Thank you, Sifu!

Another wonderful seminar. The lecture helped clarify some of the different types of Qigong and their particular perspectives. I also enjoyed the simply illustrated message in todayÕs story about the thief and the bell. As we progress in the form itself, some of the earlier movements are starting to feel more connected and comfortable. The new movement we learned today has so much energy and just feels great. Thank you Sigong. Sam
