Everyone has Three Hún 三魂 and Seven Pò 七魄. They control our spiritual mind and physical body.

When we are ill the Fēi Dú 非毒 – Negate Poison will help find the problem, which might be bacteria, germs, viruses etc.

Tūn is our immune system which fights disease. Even when we are sleeping our Tūn Zéi will continue working to protect our body

Fú Shǐ is the most important Pò, if it has a problem, all the others will have a problem as well.

Our spirit or soul can be described by the Three Hún 三魂, Tāi Guāng 胎光 – Embryo Light, Shuǎng Líng 爽靈 – Fast Spirit and Yōu Jīng 幽精 – Ghost Jing.

The three Hún 三魂 are the spirit of our body and if our Qì 氣 is strong all three will be in good condition.

As we have seen, the Three Hún 三魂 are Tiān Hún 天魂 – Heaven Hún which is called Tāi Guāng 胎光 – Embryo Light. Rén Hún 人魂 – Person Hún, which is called Shuǎng Líng 爽靈 – Fast Spirit. And De Hún 地魂 – Earth Hún, which is called Yōu Jīng 幽精 – Ghost Jing

Shuǎng Líng 爽靈 is  Ren Hun 人魂 -Person Hún and it represents our nature, attitude and it wisdom.

Tiān Hún 天魂 – Heaven Hún is called Tāi Guāng 胎光, Tāi胎 means a baby inside the womb, it is embryo, Guāng 光 means light.

When all the elements of blood, Qì, external Qì, internal Qì, internal organs, spirit and feelings and Hun and Pò are formed.
