This beautiful long tassel form originated in the Shaolin Temple but passed to the Beijing Opera and into the Chun Yuen Quan lineage. It was one of Grandmasters Wang Ping and Wu Chun Yuen’s favourite forms.
The White Crane Sword is an amazing form that hones agility, coordination and balance. It will bring one’s skill to a new level with its unusual stances and intricate use of the long tassel.
