Cold Hands
When our hands are cold, it means we do not have enough Qì 氣 and blood circulation, and so we need to keep the body warm. The body should be warm first, and when the Qì is strong, then the Qì will go to the hands and the feet because these are further away from the Dāntián 丹田. Some people, however, still have cold hands even after practising. If the body is warm, then this is okay, as the most important thing is the body. The body should be warm, then the Qì will start to flow from the Dāntián to the face, the legs, the hands, the feet, and to every part of the body.
There are some people who find one hand warm and the other cold. This means the Qì is flowing better on one side of the body. If we relax and practise more, then the flow of Qì will improve, and the cold side will become warm.
When we practise, the result is the most important thing. Every time we practise, we should feel good. So just keep practising, and eventually you will get healthier.
