Mizu Quan Polishing 2

Time went quick as always. But if things are done thoroughly it does take time. Therefor we have to have a Mizu polishing III, because we ran out of time. This will happen next year, but before the Chun Yuen exam in May.

Today the beginning of the Mizu form seemed to be understood. But the part before “the turn and start again” came with questions followed by good clarity through Sifu Tse showing us in slow motion how the moves are done. That demonstration was needed.

It is funny how small details pop up, are misunderstood or just forgotten.
Now we are really looking forward to part III which will clarify the ending of the form and give the answers to the questions of that part.

We all need confirmation of our understanding of the things we learn and that is why polishing is so important and gives, as I see it, the right energy to go on, because it is here we have the opportunity to find out where we are in our learning in unbiased surroundings.
Inspiration comes from Sifu Tse and his patience in answering questions and demonstrating, but also from fellow students who struggle with either the same- or different problems and help each other to figure it out or we can come with new questions to Sifu Tse.

Yes, it was an energizing session today and the appetite for Mizu III is big. Sifu, thank you very much for the polishing today. Again more details will stick. Wishing you all expanding learning and supportive fellowship through the Tse-centre.

Greetings from a Norway preparing for winter.

That was absolutely fantastic, it has been years since I have seen these parts in Norway and the detail was just what I needed. Thanks so much Sigong for helping me to put my form right! Lee B

Great to see all the movements again – this time I can see more details and pick up on the energy better.
Thank you, Sigong.

Thank Sigong for this amazing opportunity to learn Mizu Quan. It’s a really nice form to practice and movements are fascinating to watch. Thank you too to everybody for their extremely generous help. Sam

Going through Mizu Quan has been very good to remember the exact movements and the order. It is a very good form with many complex changes so enjoyed remembering it. Looking forward to the next part to understand it even better. Thank you Sifu!

Great to be polishing Miju Quan again, especially the later parts where I have some long standing questions which were answered nicely during the seminar. Looking forward to polishing the end part next time. ChristineÂ
