Nine Colour Qi Ball Part 18

Tonight’s seminar was great to be able to polish the entire form of which we learnt the very last section of the form last time. Only one more seminar to go of 9 colour Qi Ball and it’s been an amazing form to learn. The left and right sides of the brain have worked very hard at first to learn this form and now and comes naturally. There was some very good fine details that came out of this seminar with some great questions that highlighted some detail that might not have been considered by all. It was great to clarify (in the last walking section) when the legs crossed and if in front or to the back. I’m very out of breath with all the jumping that comes next and then holding the breath at the end – im not sure if I saw colours yet or was just dizzy… Such an amazing form thank you Sigong and everyone for their help and great questions tonight. See you all on the 18th of January for the last seminar for 9 Coloured Qi Ball and the for Peaceful and Calm meditation which will take this time slot next.

Thank you Sifu for the seminar today. Feeling very good after polishing the form. Good to hear we have another polishing in January. Peadar

Although this form is very challenging for me, I feel very good about it and I know it will be one of my favourites. I enjoyed the story because as in life it can be very challenging and you can let it overwhelm you or use it to make you stronger just like in the story. Thank you Sigong for your wisdom. Sue

A great way to start the day again a great lecture, in getting the best out of your Qigong and what and ways to help you improve yourself in health and with Qi, learning 9 Colours has been a challenge from the start and has warmed my internal organs to contend with the day and that’s with relaxation one of the hardest principles, thank you Sigong for my positive start to the day, earl

Enjoyed the lecture a lot and then a great form – definitely starts the circulation! Great polishing too. Many points are much more clear now.
Looking forward to next one! Michalis A.

Feels so good to rotate the Qi ball, many moves coming easier, but still some definite challenges and still need help and clarity with 6 and 8 Qi balls. I was unable to finish the last class, so good to get the final movements. Its been good fun and I look forward to Jan 2025. Thank you Tai Sigong and classmates. Jennifer

Great way to start the day. It is a lovely form. Now that I know it a bit better, I feel that I can concentrate more on getting the energy right instead of just remembering the order and the tricky coordination! Thank you, Sigong. Paul Hogg

Very much enjoying this powerful and interesting form. Hoping to see colours with more practice! Thank you so much Sifu for teaching all these skills. Vanessa

Thank you Sigong for another excellent 9 Colour Qi Ball Seminar, the last part is becoming much clearer and it s great that we ll have another chance to go through it again. Still finding it tricky to get the energy right, particularly with some of the Qi balls movements, but it s nice to have the shape of the form to the end. Sam

I very much enjoyed perfecting all the 9 different Qi balls. The eighth walk is particularly difficult and it was great to go through the form many times and see all the details. The ending also feels better now. Thank you Sifu! -Radu
