Healthy Living Gong is a family of exercises created by Michael Tse in 1996. They are founded upon his over thirty years of Qigong, Qigong healing and martial arts’ experience. He initially created Healthy Living Gong to help prepare beginning students to learn the more advanced forms of Qigong, like Wild Goose Qigong and Jade Pillar Gong. They have now also become part of his Qigong healing practise
