Once you have learned the movements and practise them altogether without stopping, you will feel very warm and even sweating. This is the Yang side of Qigong movements whereas the movements in the first set are more gentle and Yin. Healthy Living Gong is a family of exercises created by Michael Tse in 1996. They are founded upon his over thirty years of Qigong, Qigong healing and martial arts’ experience. He initially created Healthy Living Gong to help prepare beginning students to learn the more advanced forms of Qigong, like Wild Goose Qigong and Jade Pillar Gong. They have now also become part of his Qigong healing practise.

 

Healthy Living Gong contains both simple and gentle movements as well as more vigorous exercises based upon martial art principles of Wing Chun, Shaolin Chun Yuen Quan and even Hard Qigong. Continued practise will make the body more healthy, light and flexible.
