When we are ill the Fēi Dú 非毒 - Negate Poison will help find the problem, which might be bacteria, germs, viruses etc.

Chú Huì 除穢

Chú 除 means eliminate, Huì 穢 means dirt, so Chú Huì means eliminating the dirty thing. Dirty things like negative energy and illness. When we are ill the Fēi Dú 非毒 – Negate Poison will help find the problem, which might be bacteria, germs, viruses etc. Then Tūn Zéi 吞賊 – Swallow the Thieves, will swallow or control it. Then Chú Huì will get rid of it. This is the immune system – find the illness, break it up and then get rid of it.

Xiù Fèi 臭肺

Xiù 臭 means smelling, Fèi 肺 means lungs, so Xiù Fèi literally means smelling lungs. When we smell something our body becomes aware of it and we use nose and also our lungs. Xiù Fèi relates to our sense of smell and breathing. A healthy person is always aware of the smells around them and their breathing is very natural. They do not need to think about their breathing and it just works by itself, like when we are talking, eating, exercising and sleeping without thinking how to breath. This is good Xiù Fèi
