Zhōng Lí Quán 鐘離權 continued to explain the Shén Xiān 神仙 – Immortal Level and Daoism 道 to Lǚ Yán 呂嚴, “There are also five kinds of Shén Xiān. The purpose of all Shén Xiān training is to reach a higher level, eventually reaching the highest level. When a person has enough spiritual ability, good morals and breaks through the cycle of reincarnation, then that person is Shén Xiān. It takes many lifetimes, and you must have a good Sīfú 師父 – teacher. The Sīfú must be high level and must have reached Shén Xiān. Training is both physical and spiritual. The spiritual training is the most important. The body supports the spirit. For good health, the body and the spirit are equally important, but for Shén Xiān the spirit is the goal. The body help to develop the spirit.”

“There are five kinds of Shén Xiān. The first is Guǐ Xiān 鬼仙- Ghost Xiān (Xiān means a high level of spirit as like immortal, Guǐ means ghost). It the Guǐ has power and magic. A Guǐ is like a soul of a person who has died. When they die hey become Guǐ, even animals like a dog, cat and fox, when they die, they can become a Guǐ. So, when a Guǐ has been training and reaches a high level, it becomes a Guǐ Xiān.
