If they are not and the skin in dry, the colour is pale and the flesh is thin, then our health is not in good condition.

Palm

Part 6

When I was a little boy, my skin was always dry in the winter. My palms were skinny, dry, thin and pale. Back then, I did not understand and thought it was normal. Actually, I was weak and my Qi was low. It might be that we did not have enough food to feed a family of seven. Back in the 60’s the world was different. My family was poor and so the condition of our health was not good. Fortunately, I grew up studying martial arts and Qigong, and from then on, my palms have always been full of blood, which means my circulation is strong, the flesh is bouncy, thick and full of colour. When we look at the palms, we can see the blood underneath, we can feel if the fingers and wrists are flexible, and if they are, then we are in very good condition. If they are not and the skin in dry, the colour is pale and the flesh is thin, then our health is not in good condition. Usually it is not only one area of the palm that is not good, it will most areas of the palm. So, to maintain our health, we will always practise Qigong and then your palms will look healthy.
