There are many kinds of diseases that we can heal by ourselves, it just depends on how much we really want to do it. 

Insomnia

Part 1

I am sure all of us have experienced having bad sleep. If this happens to us regularly then we have insomnia. I have had a few students who have suffered with this and it is carries on for too long, it can be hard to get back to normal, but we can do it. I truly believe that there are many kinds of diseases that we can heal by ourselves, it just depends on how much we really want to do it.  Of course this means that we need to change ourselves and our lifestyle. If we just carry on with the same lifestyle, then we cannot change.

So, what causes insomnia?

  1. Over Thinking

The first thing is, thinking too much. If we think too much, then we will not be able to relax. Over thinking can lead to other problems, like anxiety and depression because overthinking will lead to negative thoughts. Therefore we need to stop thinking too much and Qìgōng 氣功 practise can definitely help with this.

  1. Emotions

If our emotions have been affected by something, then it can lead to worry, sadness, insecurity and fear. All these emotions will have a negative effect and can be a cause of bad sleep. If we are in this state for too long, then it will become insomnia
