Stomach problems can also affect our sleep. Eating too much or being too hungry can also cause us to have bad sleep.

Insomnia

Other causes of insomnia are:

  1. Tension

We can find tension in our mind and in our body, and if we have too much tension, then we cannot relax, cannot let go and so we cannot sleep well. When negative things happen to us, we need to take it easy and save our energy. If negative things happen try to smile, even better make other people smile, and then we can relax. The best way to release our tension by practising and Qìgōng 氣功, as moving the body allows us to let go and forget about any problems.

  1. Stomach Problems

Stomach problems can also affect our sleep. Eating too much or being too hungry can also cause us to have bad sleep. Even if we fall asleep, whether we have a very full stomach or an empty one, we will wake up. When we have an empty stomach, the body will wake up and tell us we need to eat, so we will not sleep for long.

  1. Worry

Too much thinking will cause us to worry. We can think, but we must not become stressed, stress makes us worry. Too much worry can cause bad sleep, which can turn into insomnia. We need to be able to let go our troubles and learn to be happy. We should not let thing bother us, particularly before we go to sleep.
