28 Constellations
Part 9
Nǚ 女, the immortal girl, the daughter of the Emperor of heaven, fell in love with, Niú 牛 the boy who was a cattle herder. When the Emperor found out, he was very angry and punished them so they could see each other, except for on one day of the year. That day was the seventh day of the seventh month of each lunar year. On this day their constellations are brighter, which means they are together again. This is a love story, and so in Chinese culture, when people want to find a good relationship, they will worship heaven to helpfully find a good husband or wife on that day. Niú has six stars which are in the Western sign of Capricorn and is the part of the front of the turtle. Nǚ has four stars which are in the Western sigh of Aquarius. They are on the chest of the turtle.
The next constellation is Xū 虛. Xū is the foundation of a house. However, the house has been destroyed and so only the foundations remain, it also means this area is empty, and this is not good. So, Xū only has two stars and they are the middle part of the turtles waist and they are also in the Western sign of Aquarius
