28 Constellations
Part 16
The next constellation in the Xī Fāng Bái Hǔ 西方白虎 – Western White Tiger is Bì 畢 and this means completion. It is the end, the end of an area, the boarder of a country. When we go to war, we must make sure that while we are away fighting, we will not be attacked. If the stars of Bì are shinning weakly, then the enemy will attack our boarder. Bì is the soldiers guarding the boarder, who make sure the enemy cannot invade. Just like when we go out, we must make sure the house is locked, and the alarm is set.
Bì has seven stars which are located at the neck of the tiger. In Western Astrology it is part of Taurus like Mǎo 昴.
The next constellation is Zī 觜 is the hair on the owl’s head and it is located at the mouth of the White Tiger. Therefore, it is going to attack and eat the prey and it represents preparations for war. We must prepare before we do anything. We must check all our equipment, all our weapons and all our people. We must also check our strategy, food and secure the country.
There are three stars in Zī and in Western Astrology it is in Orion.
