A variation on the usual lecture this time. To get us to think outside the box Sifu posed the question, what are the benefits of Qigong ? Many answers were soon flying back ,including health ,relaxation, posture, strength, breathing, energy.happiness, awareness and lucky. I am sure we could have thought of a lot more. The next question was more thought provoking as Sifu asked what are the negative things about Qigong? Replies were sensitivity to surroundings, negative people and energy, Losing our energy to other people and our emotions become stronger.
Sifu spoke about keeping ourselves in good condition by practicing on a daily basis but not to overdo it, so we feel tired at the end of it. The idea is to practice till we feel good then to end the practice with a short meditation. We all need to learn to listen to our bodies. Even if you are unwell, it is best to do some Qigong and meditation to speed up the healing process. Qigong should give us a positive outlook. As we have learnt, Qigong is always about balance.
Refreshing our memories in reviewing the part of the form we had learnt soon got our bodies feeling full of energy.
This is such a powerful form collecting energy from the sky and earth. For me, the new part will need a lot of thought and practice to get the timing right with the double bounce.

It amazes me again and again that with all the forms we learn, there is very little double-up of movements. Sometimes, it looks as though movements are similar, but then they turn out to have different meanings and purposes. It was a very invigorating seminar today and lovely to meet up with different people in the breakout rooms. Thank you, Sifu

This part of the Sky Eye Gong started with a very interesting lecture and discussion on positive and negative aspects of practising qigong, giving much food for thought. The new part with the ‘double bounce’ was a bit tricky at first, but very enjoyable. Feeling full of energy now! Thank you Sigong. Peter Hogg
Thank you, Sifu, for a great seminar and for sharing this wonderful skill. Nina
Thank you Sigong for another seminar of SkyEye Gong. The moves and walk work deep relaxation and coordination and also for your talk. It was inspiring and a reminder to be aware about internal balance that is quietly cultivated through our qigong practice. Michalis A.
Sky eye Gong is a very interesting form, it was good to polish the details and learn the new part, there are always new details to pick up. A very interesting lecture too. Thank you Sifu. Peter A.
Thank you Sigong for another interesting lecture and seminar. We don’t always think of the “bad” aspects of practicing Qigong, but of course there is a balance in everything. The Sky Eye Gong form has a wonderful feeling to it right from the beginning and I’m looking forward to the how it progresses through the rest. Sam
It’s good to go through Sky Eye Gong again and to see better the details and understand the movements more from the inside. And also great to see details in the lecture about what to do about some situations. Thank you Sifu!

Sky Eye Gong is a very powerful form, as soon as we start practicing it, can feel the difference in the head and body, so relaxing and feeling good. Thank you Sigong for sharing this great form. Christine
Thank you for the Sky Eye Gong seminar, Sigong. Having practiced for a couple of months since the previous seminar, the review, with answers to questions about details, was especially helpful. Kirk.
