Today was the fourth seminar of swimming Dragon, it took place on a rainy Saturday afternoon at the end of August where the weather seemed like it was changing from the heat waves we’ve had all summer into autumn. It reminded me of the first time I learned swimming Dragon in a seminar at Ricard’s Lodge High School in Wimbledon.
Although the weather outside was cold and windy, after doing the form inside for less than half an hour with a packed crowd of us practising the beautiful movements so much heat had been generated in the room that we had to open all the doors to release some of it.
Swimming dragon really is one of the most beautiful forms of the Dayan system, With its beautiful Tai Chi style Flowing Movements it’s Impossible Not to love this form.
I have been looking forward to this part 4 Seminar as the movements That were Covered today are very technical and easy to get wrong If you don’t have a real master, showing you the right way to perform them or in our case luckily a grandmaster.
This is where Sifus ability to break down complex movements into very simple easy to practice movements is 2nd to none in my opinion.
The fact that in the lecture section he can also break down complex ideas of Chinese energy, Daoism, the Yi Jing, and in today’s lecture, some Feng Shui is another added bonus to learning with his guidance in the Tse Qigong Centre.
Thank you Sifu and all the Qigong bothers and sisters for another great seminar and I look forward to part 5.

I love this form – it really brings up the energy. Great to see everyone in the breakout rooms and to discuss all the details. Dragon Chasing the Moon is one of my favourite qigong movements. Thanks for another enjoyable seminar Sigong. Peter Hogg🙏🏻
Very useful to hear about the energy in a house and about the life of the human being. And very useful to go through the beginning of Swimming Dragon again to get a better understanding of the movements. Thank you Sifu!

Really enjoying the Swimming Dragon Gong seminars and diving in deeper with all the details. The lecture covering Feng Shui was especially interesting and a healthy reminder of the importance relationships and how everything is connected. Thank you Sigong.
