The 32nd Chapter brings us to about half way Sigong says, The way I look at it is I am glad to have reached this far, this form has challenged me all the way and through this practice you may ask yourself what has it done for me, well let’s talk improvements, Posture, flexibility, coordination between hands eyes and feet, balance, body control, a calm mind and relaxation but to name a few, travelling this road has brought many realisations with my mind and body,
Does this mean its a part of my life then yes because it has been in most of my life, I enjoy it and practice when i can where i can, it is very active and yet the stillness is profound, after training I sometimes do some thinking on the form and then i get up and go over the challenging parts again to see if i ca, cleared up some of entanglements i get myself into, or in the next seminar I ask Sigong the questions in my mind, repeating the farm in the seminars clears up most of the troubles because Sigong will go over it again and again, when i get to an open space and practice it, its good to feel the freedom of it, you cannot be cocky with it because you get a quick and must admit very quick reminder that you are overconfident. I feel like i have achieved something. So thank you again Sigong for giving me the confidence to step forward whether in practice or work or teaching, Very important.

Today’s White Crane polishing was great, everyone’s questions helped clarify some details I had not thought about! The new part is much clearer than when I did it first time, easier to learn too! Thank you Sigong. Christine

Great to review White Crane Sword and be reminded how effective Chun Yuen Quan is for physical fitness…. and the complexity of the movements is fun- especially when you get them right! More practice needed! Thanks, Sigong and Sifu! Kay

Halfway! It’s quite a form. I am looking forward to all the movements to come and spending more years with this form – it is like a travelling companion – the longer we go together, the better we get to know each other.
Thank you, Sigong.

Overall, I feel that I am understanding White Crane Sword quite well up to this moment. Of course, some of the latest parts are a little confusing as they have some similarity to earlier movements, including the direction but now it feel better to go through it. Looking forward to better understand these parts as well. Thank you Sifu!
