In a traditional Chinese birthday banquet, the dishes come to the table one by one.

After the group photos there was a raffle. We had open given a ticket each with a number on it.

The birthday dinner was at 7:00 PM and the weather turned out to be very good.

Finally the 3rd of September arrived and it was the day of birthday dinner.

During the typhoon, most of the local people stayed at home but I was staying in a hotel.

The second of September 2023 was my Sīfú 師父, Ip Chun’s 葉準 100th birthday. Unfortunately, a typhoon, which is big storm, was approaching Hong Kong.

During the pandemic a lot of people suffered. I changed my class from in person to online and so I did not need to travel to teach, but at the same time, I could not see my Sīfú 師父 and my family like I could before.

My Sīfú Ip Chun 葉準師父 is a very gentle man. He has never had a fight with anyone in his entire life, but this Wing Chun skill is very high.
